How to find your TV model number
It’s on a sticker on the back of the TV and in the TV’s settings, usually under About or Support. Use the full code: the same series name can run a different platform in another country.

We haven't confirmed the 2026 menu in an LG user guide yet. On 2023–2025 sets the model number is at Settings > All Settings > Support > TV Information.
If your TV has a newer webOS
A webOS Re:New upgrade moves the menus. A 2022 TV upgraded to webOS 23 or later uses Support > TV Information.

On remotes with a Help button, the model name appears in a corner of the Help screen. On some models open Help from the Quick Settings button.

Then open Admin & Privacy, System Information or TV Information (the name depends on the model). The model and serial number are listed there.

With the TV on, open the remote screen, tap the arrow next to the TV name, then the info (i) icon.

Where do I find my TV’s model number?
On the label on the back of the TV, and in the TV’s settings under About or Support. The box and your receipt show it too. Use the full code, because the same series name can run different software in another country.
How do I find the model number on a Samsung TV?
Open Settings > Support > About This TV (2022–2024 models) or Settings > Support > About TV (2021 and 2025–2026 models). The model code is also on the label on the back panel, next to the serial number.
How do I find the model number on an LG TV?
On 2023–2025 LG TVs, open Settings > All Settings > Support > TV Information. On 2021–2022 sets it’s under Settings > All Settings > General > Devices > TV Management > TV Information, and on 2014–2019 sets under General > About This TV. It’s also on the label on the back.
How do I find the model number on a TCL TV?
On TCL Google TV and Roku TV models, open Settings > System > About and look for Model. It’s also on the label on the back of the TV, often near the ports.
How do I find the model number on a Hisense TV?
Check the sticker on the back panel or the box. Hisense Google TV models also show system details under Settings > System > Advanced System > Help > System message.
How do I find the model number on a Sony TV?
Press the Help button on the remote if it has one; the model name appears in a corner of the Help screen. Sony also prints it on a label on the back of the TV.
How do I find the model number on a Vizio TV?
Open Menu > All Settings > System, then Admin & Privacy, System Information or TV Information, depending on the model. It’s also on the product label on the back.
